Artist Statement
"I have had a long love affair with the Pacific Ocean Shoreline from Point Lobos to the Marin Headlands. My photos were mainly capturing the strength, power, and energy I felt being there. However there is also grace and much beauty that I enjoy and appreciate. I wanted to express those feelings. This image was made on a high surf day with a long lens. The ocean gave me two images that expressed my feelings. This is my favorite."
