"Glenda Asadian pleads for her ex-husband, Gholamreza Asadian, to give her money to buy some cigarettes. She just returned home from the hospital with a back brace for her scoliosis. Due to her schizophrenia and physical frailty, she requires daily visits from social workers and family."
