Artist Statement
This image was taken during a trip to Boulder, Colorado. I was headed to Boulder from Denver. A road I have traveled many times. Yet, this time as I was about to pass the sign that said, 'Scenic Route', I decided to take it for a change. To my chagrin the road kept going and going. So in the middle of it, I stopped and took this picture. A road by starlight. And for the record, this is a film image, and has not been digitally altered in any way.
