About the Coastal Arts League

Supporting the arts and artists since 1979, The Coastal Arts League (CAL) is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation located on the San Mateo coast of Northern California. CAL's objective is to develop and support creative artistic talent in the Coastside Community. The Coastal Arts League maintains a free Museum and a Museum Store to showcase the talent of Coastside artists and art groups. Monthly exhibitions in the Museum may be the work of individual artists, or other regional art organizations.

The Coastal Arts League is operated by volunteers committed to the arts. Among CAL's projects is amuseum which provides a venue for artwork shown by artists from around the world.

CAL 's exhibits offer a diverse range of 2-D & 3-D art in its annual shows, or in new & featured exhibits each year.

Members of the Coastal Arts League are entitled to have 1-3 pieces of artwork exhibited each year in the CAL Members' Show, as well as discounts on merchandise sold in CAL's Gallery Store, Merchant Discounts, and other membership benefits.

This museum space is primarily supported by the work of dedicated volunteers and donations to CAL. All support is greatly appreciated.

If you are interested in supporting the Coastal Arts League, please donate or visit us.

We appreciate your interest and support!
