My
love of photography began at age 13. Later I was a member of
the Palo Alto Camera Club where I received numerous awards for
my prints. The summer 0f 1975 I took the Yosemite Photography
Workshop led by Ansel Adams. I studied with Ansel Adams and
several of our countries top photographers. The experience changed
my life and my photography. I continued photographing on my
own and later was the chairman of the Camera Section of the
Sierra Club for four years.
In 1999 I began a new phase, exclusively photographing in the
digital realm. I do my own printing with Epson printers, (P2200
and Pro 7600) using archival pigmented inks. My prints have
been sold in various galleries and at Draper’s Music Center
in Palo Alto, Ca. In March 2005 I became a full time photographer
and in March 2006 joined the Coastal Arts League.
